Hi All
My Mk1 sits in the marina at Hastings in Victoria and I sit looking out the window at an empty mooring in Nubeena (on the Tasman Peninsular)
I am looking for any advice/referrals for getting her transported.
Thanks in advance for any comments or advice
Tom

Hi Tom,
Is she seaworthy?

Yes sea worthy
All Cat 1 gear except a liferaft
My time is very limited;
I would need a 2 week window to rig launch and stand by for the weather to zip across to Devonport.
Then I would need to hop down the east-coast weather and commitments allowing.
Of course if I could recruit some able seapersons...

Yes, most of us have limits on our time however if you put together a plan (and maybe post it on the General section) you might get some takers!
Cheers,
Tom

Hi Tom
Has it happened yet ?
Don`t know if I have the time for Bass Strait, (specially the sitting around part)
but should be able to help you with east coast to Nubeena.
Let me know
cheers
Sanderling

G'day, re- transporting, how much does the boat weight? can it be cradled on a heavy-duty equipment trailer?, as I've seen in some magazines, cheers, BrianP.
