No its not on boat point
I have no idea actually how to sell it, but someone told me about this site so thought id try this... Will look into boat point. thanks! ummm... ok im not much of a sailor but my hubby bought this boat about 5 years ago for $8500 i think. then we spent a few thousand dollars on replacing the rigging (as we couldn't get it insured without new rigging) and on a new outboard... other than that, its in pretty original condition! he learnt to sail on this boat and loved it so much that he went and bought a beneteau about 2 years ago... so this poor little tophat has been sitting in hunters hill (parra river side) virtually unused for the last couple of years.
so while i say buggerred (from a female aesthetics point of view), hubby say's it still sails pretty well! I think it needs a really good paint, and some of the timber would need to be restored.
We think its probably worth about $10k, but would happilly accept $5k (to avoid having to keep paying mooring and insurance etc every year!).
