My new top hat !!

G'day guys,
I now own a mark two top hat called 'It's Time', from pittwater. The boat needs a bit of TLC but she will come up nice im sure. We will be sailing her down to sydney in the next few weeks . Im wondering if the boat has some history behind her. On the transom the paint has fadded and she is from Carnies and i think it was called 'Dawn' somthing.
Very keen to catch up with all you hatters.
She will be moored in lane cove river, so swing by and say g'day.

I'm not 100% on this one ? But I think the late Tom Joels (Joels Boatshed Middle Harbour ) had a Mk2 Top Hat named "Dawn "and she had a cream /beige coachhouse and a brown mast . I'm talking 1980's

Thanks for the help in tracking down the history, but i dont think it is, i have not had a very close look at the coach house, and there is no brown on the mast, but possibly there could have been . thanks for the help.
